Positive: Great location on King St, close to everything you need. Easy access to trains/subways and shops. The room was very nice and spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice bathroom. Very well maintained hotel. Staff were lovely.
Negative: On our last day we missed housekeeping but that was due to us being in the room until about 2pm with the "do not disturb" sign up. Also the fridge is an "eco fridge" and did not work, but they were happy enough to send up a proper fridge. Had to plug it in next to the desk which was a bit odd, but it was out of the way. Not sure what the deal is with the eco-fridges but they definitely don't keep things cold like the proper fridge they sent up.
